About Nerdearla
Nerdearla is the largest free technology and open source event in the Spanish-speaking world. What began in 2014 with just 60 attendees has grown into a large-scale gathering that, in 2025, brought together nearly 15,000 people in person and more than 50,000 online.
Nerdearla holds editions in Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile, Mexico City, and Madrid, with more than 1,000 speakers from around the world. Every talk and workshop is streamed live and then published openly on YouTube.
In 2026, Nerdearla reaches its 13th edition in Buenos Aires and continues to expand its mission of offering a world-class, 100% free event to more and more people in the Spanish-speaking tech community.
