Paz has more than 15 years of experience in designing, managing and monitoring educational programs, including the implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools. She also has experience in systematization, analysis, reporting, and data visualization for international organizations and local institutions. She is a teacher, researcher, and a member of the Éforo Foundation, a civil society organization related to public control, transparency, and citizen participation. Paz has been an advisor in education, gender equality, and employment to government, political, and trade union leaders. She has published media articles about the future of work, gender, education, and citizen participation.
